Name: Stacey 12/30/2008 Duke University School of Medicine             My sister and I came in to receive matching tattoos by Rob on Monday 12/29/08. He isn't listed as one of your artists on the "Rate Us" form, so I figured I'd just send an email instead. (NOTE: an oversight, that has been corrected) Briefly, my sister called in on Friday 12/26/08 to inquire about tattoos and to see if any of the artists were available for Monday. I believe she spoke with Ryen on the phone, who was very nice and informative. We came in to the store on that day to look at designs and talk to Rob. We eventually came up with something, showed it to Rob and asked him if he could tweak the design a bit for us. He was happy to do it, so we scheduled our appt for Monday, paid our deposit, etc. When we arrived on Monday, Rob was ready for us with our design, which we LOVED. The entire experience was a great one for us. This was my sister's first tattoo and she was a bit nervous, so Rob talked her through everything and she was quickly put at ease. We had a lot of fun for the 90 minutes we were there receiving our tattoos. Rob is not only a great artist, but very fun and friendly. If we ever decide to get a second tattoo, we would come back to see him in a second to see Rob. He did a fantastic job! The owner answered all my questions about a vhp via e-mail and was so super friendly I decided to come in on Friday. The place was very clean and I was really impressed by all the merchandise they had to offer. The guy behind the counter(sorry I did not get a name) was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, just put me at complete ease. He even asked me if I would like to see the autoclave machine. Very professional!!!! Crystal came out and also was extremely sweet and friendly. The back room was a completely closed-door area and Crystal changed my piercing and then went through everything she was going to do for my vhp. I can't stress how very clean it was in that room and I did not feel shy or embarrassed even with being disrobed from the waist down. The piercing went great and I LOVE IT!!! It did hurt very much, but just for a split second. M.C unlike that other place let me ENJOY the whole piercing experience, and it goes to show that a little kindess goes a VERY long way. I have a vertical hood piercing that I had done about 7 years ago and has never had any problem.Then I just had to join my daughter when she got her nostril done. Hi, I got a cover-up tattoo today, 9/13/08 by Anthony. I just wanted to say how great he was. He drew a custom piece on my arm to cover up a not so pretty tattoo including a misspelled word. Anthony was friendly, polite, and very professional. He worked several long hours on this piece to get it just right. Anthony took his time and never rushed it at any point. He is a great asset to your business and I hope he stays for a very long time. After my bad tattoo experience somewhere else, I thought I was done with them, but Anthony has made my arm beautiful and left me wanting more. Everyone including Ryen and Heather were super friendly. I would just like to thank Eddy for my first tattoo; it was a very pleasant experience. I've been waiting for two years to get a tattoo. I wasn't sure what I wanted scarred on my body for life... I have plenty of piercings, but I look at tattoos differently than them... I felt as though mine needed to have some meaning to it. The day before my birthday, saturday, I visited my little brother in jail... and as I was sitting there crying with him, I decided what I wanted, for sure. I told him that I wanted his name on me, and we both cried harder. I called the shop shortly after I left the jail, and asked if someone could fit me in on sunday, my birthday. Eddy did. I got a pawprint on my right arm with my little bro's name right underneath it, "Joey". I felt like crying in the shop, not because the needle hurt, but because I knew that I would love and be proud to have this tattoo for the rest of my life... but I would never love it or be as proud of it as my strong little brother. Thank you so much, again, Eddy. You made my 20th birthday one of the specialest I'll ever have. The tattoo looks great, you did a fantastic job. I'm sure Joey will love it, too. I went in with my boyfriend to get my nose pierced and as soon as I said that Crystal got right to work on filling paper work out and picking out what I liked then sterilized it. It felt like I was there for a minute I was in and out it was great. She talked me through it all told me to breath in and out she really calmed me down. Of course my b/f said make it hurt but honestly it was like a pinch. To bad huh. Well thanks Crystal you were awesome girl...

i went to get my navel pierced, and to get a surface piercing underneath. i was surprised that heather was spending a lot of time actually trying to custom make a piece of jewelry for my surface piercing!i had a baby a few months ago and was self concious about my stomach, but heather was ery reasuring. i got pierced by her, and someone else... i cant remember her name but she was adorable. she brought me water when i got ightheaded, and was another comforting adition to the purple room. i had my tongue pierced at another very popular place in worcester.. and hey were nothing like this. it felt like they were my close friends, and i cant wait to go back for another one.

First of all the shop is immaculate. Everything is sterilized and cleaned. I came in to have my nostril pierced and second holes in my ears. Heather was my piercer and she was amazing. She makes you feel totally comfortable and the piercings were perfect and barely hurt. I've had the second holes done in my ears 3 times before coming to Miraculous Creations. The previous shops never did it right. Heather did it perfectly the first time. She even put up with my constant babbling because I was so nervous. Thank you so much.

I happened to be going to a family function in Oakham. I have wanted to get a VCH for a while now, but I wanted to make sure I went to a studio that had more experience performing such piercings. I had planned on eventually making a trip out of state to get a VCH, but when this event came I up, I did a quick search for piercers in Massachusetts, and found your web site. I was immediately very impressed- voted best 3 years in a row, first in Worcester, owned and operated by women, and refusal of hate tattoos- and knew I had found the perfect place for me. I then searched BMEzine.com and found plenty more excellent pictures and happy experiences. Although it happened to be perfect timing, I would have traveled all the way from Bangor just to go to your studio, had I not already been going to Mass. Heather was absolutely amazing, as was the receptionist, although I never got her name. They both made me feel very comfortable, and relaxed. I view piercers/tattoo artists as people who have chosen a career which allows them the privilege of helping people alter their bodies safely and in a sterile environment. My ideal is that they are perfectly comfortable with the whole human body, in all its shapes and sizes. This was exactly the feeling I got from Heather. Although I had never met her before, I was more comfortable half-naked in front of her than I have ever been in front of a doctor. If I decide to get any other piercings, I will definitely be back, and I have already told all of my friends! Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say that I've had nothing but, good experiences with your studio! I've had a couple of piercings done there! I had my first piercing done at a diffrent studio in Worcester and they completely F'd it up. Once I visited your studio I delt with James and he's an excellent piercer. I took the old ring out and he repierced my navel for me and I haven't had a single problem! Thank you guys so much your awesome.

Well ladies and gents I'd been planning to get a hood piercing for over a year and I managed to get the guts up and the money together to get it done last week. I made the appointment the day before and there were no issues. I had Heather for a piercer and bless her soul she did a wonderful job. Seriously it's looks even better than I'd anticipated and hoped. She talked me through all of the aftercare and possabilities of what could happen as a result of the piercing, yet instead of mking me more worried (as would happen if I thought about it too long) she calmed me down. Of course anyone who says it doesn't hurt is either drugged or has no nerve endings because ladies and gentlemen, that was super painful. But other than the piercing itself, the staff were so nice, calm, pleasant, CLEAN and the facilities were immaculate I can't think of anywhere I'd rather have had it done. Good show Heather and good form Miraculous Creations.
