POLICIES
Miraculous Creations is a body art and jewelry store, and we also rent out rooms to tattoo artists and body piercers who are self employed. We work closely with the artists to give you an all around positive experience when receiving your body art or shopping in our store.
If you are having a very large tattoo done that will take many sittings it’s a good idea to ask the artists for a number that you could reach them at if they ever leave here. It is a very rare occurrence that someone would leave with work left unfinished but as with all shops it is a possibility. If you want your artist to finish your piece you should know how to contact them in the event they do leave.
You should always pay only for what you are having done in that sitting, with the exception of the appointment deposit, which would be refunded if there is ever an issue. Never pay for future work! If you do and the artists leaves Miraculous Creations cannot be responsible, so please only pay for what you are having done they day you are in.
If an artist leaves you may choose to have the new artist or one of our other artists finish it, thats works out fine as long as you hadn’t pre-paid.
The piercers work as a team and support each other by doing check-ups and jewelry changes for each other so you can get those services any time you need them without worry of which piercer is working on any given day.
We only rent rooms to ethical high quality artists. If you ever have a problem with any artists working through our studio we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. If you are not happy with how an artist handled the problem or have any complaints let me (Rose) know and I will assist you in resolving it. It’s also a great help to us in monitoring the service you are receiving when you use our RATE US page.
RETURNS
Body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance unless it is in the sealed original package. This is due to health laws. You want to know your body jewelry wasn’t worn by someone else before you when you receive your jewelry!
Items purchased online can be returned by emailing customercare@miraculouscreations.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
CHILDREN
When you come to our store and can attend to your children you are welcome to bring them in. Children that are misbehaving will be asked to leave.
If you are getting a tattoo or piercing please get a sitter to watch your children when you come in. Your appointment can take much longer than you may think and our staff is not equipped to care for them.
PAYMENT
We do not take credit/debit cards or checks in the studio. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Identity theft has gotten so out hand and nearly impossible to control. I don’t want that responsibility on my hands.
We do take credit/debit cards on this site; you can choose the one you would like to use.
P.S. You can purchase yourself a gift certificate on this site using your credit or debit card then print it out, bring it with you and use it at the shop like cash!

We can’t promise we’ll find it, but we will give it our best shot in hunting down the item you’re looking for.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
During inclement weather we will do our best to contact you. In bad weather, we recommend you call us before coming in the event we are unable to open or are forced to close early.
PETS
PETS ARE NEVER ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED. |
