If you are experiencing a problem with a piercing or tattoo please come into the studio as soon as possible for a check up. There is never a fee for check ups.

I (Rose) am no longer able to provide email customer service through our web site. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. This measure is intended to improve customer service and is being done for our clients' benefit. I cannot always respond to emails immediately but many people will wait until they hear back from me. I think it's important to have your concerns addressed immediately and the only way that can be done is on the phone.
